Wah Wah Wah Wah Wah...that's supposed to be a tractor beam sound. We wanted to design a blend that is well-rounded for espresso and filter coffee that brought a little bit for everyone. Also we couldn’t resist any excuse to call the espresso shots “tractor pulls”. We have often loved the combination of Colombian and Ethiopian coffees so we designed this to have a mix of washed and natural Ethiopian coffee to bring forward fruit and floral notes, while the Colombia brings with it caramel and citrus. We roast this with a little bit more emphasis on developing body and sweetness for a rounded cup that still has all the delicate characteristics of each coffee. We adjust the components seasonally for year-round wildness.
Components: 50% Washed Colombia, 25% Washed Ethiopia, 25% Natural Ethiopia
